Cancellation insurance

In order to avoid (e.g. in case of cancellation, travel interruption, delayed arrival, involuntary holiday extension, search and rescue costs)
the costs of the entire stay, we offer you to take out insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. More detailed information is available on request.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation sounds unpleasant – and it is for you as well as for us. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged for the period booked. Services not used (especially meals) will not be refunded.

Arrival and departure

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs on arrival.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.

Late check out:
If you wish to use the room during the day on the day of departure, we charge € 40,- per person (incl. afternoon snack).

Please understand that we can only offer you the room subject to availability.
Please enquire at the reception.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor.
